Director, Software Engineering – Enterprise Systems - OSG Connect

Led a 30-person engineering organization across five teams covering CRM, integrations, ERP migration, BI, and 24x7 production support running four ERP platforms across two continents. - Architected consolidation of fragmented post-merger platforms onto Oracle EBS across procurement, manufacturing, and finance. Chose Oracle EBS after evaluating Great Plains, PrintStream, and homegrown systems, on vendor viability and roadmap continuity. Existing Oracle capacity covered the consolidation.
- Designed a configuration-driven routing engine that models each plant's machine capability and routes print jobs by volume, insert requirements, and finishing attributes across distributed facilities, plus an event-driven rating engine that calculates charges from consumption, waste, vendor contract terms, tax rules, and location-based pricing when a job completes.
- Cut financial close time by 60 percent, a board-level commitment. Set SLAs across my organization and infrastructure partners, built a follow-the-sun support model across the US and India, cross-trained engineers across four ERP platforms to remove single points of failure, and automated the failures that kept breaking the job flow, including checkpoint restart and time-adjusted rescheduling.
- Reduced monthly support ticket volume by roughly 50 percent through recurring failure-class analysis and targeted automation, tracked month over month against ticket history to confirm which classes were actually eliminated.
- Traced systemic revenue leakage to contract surcharges, taxes, and postage that never reached billing. Fixed what the current platforms allowed and identified legacy applications as the structural blocker, which made ERP consolidation a revenue recovery dependency rather than a cost initiative.
- Reduced portfolio cost by roughly 8 percent in the first year through platform consolidation, license optimization, and vendor renegotiation across the enterprise software estate.
- Chose to build rather than buy for contract lifecycle management after evaluating vendors. Architected an LLM-based system that infers whether an incoming document is a new contract or an addendum, assigns version lineage, and escalates ambiguous cases to legal instead of guessing.
- Set the integration standard across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Oracle EBS: a reusable integration layer for cross-system work, native ERP APIs inside the ERP to avoid an unnecessary hop, classification-based ticket routing, and automated Salesforce-to-ERP data flow.
- Built and led the management layer, promoting talent into engineering management and coaching managers on delegation, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder management. Held the performance bar across the organization, including managing sustained underperformance through to exit.

Owned end-to-end delivery of consumer product journeys inside a global bank: architecture and design authority alongside the tech lead, integration decisions across platform teams, and delivery accountability. Roughly 17 engineers across two full-stack teams plus shared QA.
- Payments: led the credit card payments platform. Owned the credit card payments journey serving Citi's North America card portfolio of roughly 35 million accounts, one of the three largest card issuers in the US. Engineering Lead - Walmart

Global Replenishment Analytics Platform: Replenishment leadership could not trust its own numbers. The same in-stock metric read differently depending on which report you opened, because every market calculated it its own way. Designed and led engineering for one global platform serving the replenishment organization of the world's largest retailer, with consistent metric definitions across the US and nine international markets.
- Built a multi-tier architecture: mainframe aggregation from DB2 and IMS into Teradata, a Top End middleware layer, Unix C services, and a .NET web front end.
- Designed role-adaptive dashboards that show each user their own view, flag exceptions in color, and drill down through both the merchandise hierarchy and the store hierarchy to the store item level.
- Delivered inside a 30-day deadline the team believed was impossible by moving everyone into one room and working in daily increments. Launched globally alongside the legacy reports and retired them once users adopted the new platform. Team of 12. Owned the front end and service layer architecture.
Engineering Lead - Walmart

Perishable Goods Replenishment: Built from zero for ASDA in the UK. Existing replenishment assumed weekly or daily delivery routed through distribution centers. Fresh produce needed something else.
- Handled multiple delivery turns per day, farm to store sourcing that bypassed distribution centers entirely, multiple transport modes, and multiple vendors supplying the same item to the same store. Reconciled system calculated reorder points against store level manual ordering so associates could adjust for what they saw on the shelf.
- Designed module by module with an embedded business expert from the UK: vendor onboarding, forecasting, order parameters, and supply chain. First release in five months, then progressive rollout by item and store.
- Later adopted by additional international markets. Led initial development and owned front end architecture, and co-designed the back end with mainframe engineering.
