My name is Natalie Brown, and I have a passion for educating and mentoring others. I hold a Master's degree and am State Board Certified in Criminal Justice. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to combine my knowledge of criminal justice with leadership and training experience gained through my service in the United States Army.
Teaching is something I truly enjoy because it allows me to help students connect what they learn in the classroom to real-life situations. I believe criminal justice is more than just laws and procedures—it's about understanding people, communities, ethics, and the impact our decisions have on society.
I bring a practical, hands-on approach to learning and strive to create a classroom environment where students feel respected, engaged, and motivated to succeed. Whether a student plans to attend college, enter the workforce, or pursue a career in criminal justice, I want them to leave my classroom with the knowledge, confidence, and critical-thinking skills needed to be successful.
I am excited about the opportunity to share my experience, continue growing as an educator, and make a positive impact on students' lives.
I am a dedicated professional with extensive leadership, training, and mentoring experience through my career in the United States Army. Throughout my service, I have been responsible for developing individuals, leading teams, managing operations, and providing instruction in both classroom and hands-on environments. My experience has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, motivate diverse groups of people, and create a positive learning environment focused on growth and success.
I earned an Associate Degree in Business, a Bachelor's Degree in Business, and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice. In addition, I am State Board Certified in Criminal Justice. My educational background has provided me with a strong foundation in leadership, management, ethics, criminal justice theory, and organizational practices that I can bring directly into the classroom.
