NaTasha is a Change Agent who encourages a growth mindset within all she does. She graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. There she found her passion for understanding how social problems influence Juvenile Delinquency.
NaTasha is a former Baltimore City Juvenile Case Manager and Public School Teacher and has seen the “School to Prison Pipeline” first hand. These experiences influenced her to develop a Coaching program through a trauma informed lens to support the Social and Emotional Learning, Wellness and Wholeness goals of young girls. This program aims to assist them in optimally navigating through life.
She is an Author, Entrepreneur, Coach, Speaker and Solutionist that believes We are All a Solution! NaTasha helps people of all ages to identify, curate and cultivate their unique ways to take the life lessons they have learned and reach to teach others.
I am currently a Site Supporter for a Summer initiative with the organization Dent Education. I manage and support 4 coaches as they implement Curriculum aligned with Entrepreneurship goals. I work to ensure the wellness of our Coaches as well as the youth we have the opportunity to work with.
In addition I support with aligning the curriculum to meet the needs of the youth that we have in our program. I communicate with families and our extended network to keep them abreast of the progress in the program and see how we can bring in other Entrepreneurs that can help our participants in reaching their goals.
I am a former Baltimore City Schools teacher of 3 years and prior to that a Juvenile Case Manager at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center.
I am an entrepreneur with a mobile natural hair salon, as well as a Coach for girls and those that desire to make an impact in the lives of them, their communities and ultimately the world.
