I started my aviation career in the United States Marine Corps Reserve performing various maintenance tasks on the UH-1 Huey and AH-1 Cobra. Additionally, I served as desk sergeant where I monitored and administered all maintenance shop activities, logs, and flight schedules while managing 30 Marines under my direct supervision. At the same time, I worked at Ashwood golf course as a cart attendant and front desk assistant where I strengthened my customer service skills.
In order to catapult my aviation career, I attended Victor Valley College to obtain my Airframe and Powerplant licenses. I currently work as a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician-I at ComAv Technical Services where I execute storage procedures, maintenance, and AOG. While working here, I have gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of aircraft types such as the MD-10, MD-11, A300, A320, A350, Boeing 737, 757, 767, 777, and 787 as well as having a General familiarization certificate on the Q-400.
I currently hold my Airframe qualification, and will be testing for my powerplant in April 2023.
