- As a DSL agent, I utilized our DPI, Wiki/Knowledge Base, and tools for troubleshooting customers' computers.
- As a Copper Agent, I utilized our Hub tool and recorded details about customers having No Dial Tone, Static on the home phone, and ticketed for the correct type of resolution, such as sending technicians out to replace home phones, cables, or NID boxes.

- Continuously had to use Pallet Jack/Forklift to pick up pallets and Empty plastic combos in different areas of the job
Bagging Utility Operator B at Royal Oak Charcoal (2025-02 – Present)
- Filled bags with Charcoal product ranging from 8 to 20 pound bags throughout the day rotating other positions from stacking bags, weighing and picking through bags to make sure of quality bags/charcoal
- Eventually became a wood picker in the shed outside running a PAPR machine that filters charcoal/dust from the air so I didn't have to breath in charcoal dust
