Neha Changotra

Hi, my name is Neha and I am currently a business student at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I am majoring in Human Resources & Finance and planning on graduating in December 2023. I have customer service & HR experience and I am looking forward to broadening my horizon and build a foundation for my future career.

My experiences demonstrate a strong work ethic in customer service skills, and an interest in human resources and recruiting. I was a Human Resources Intern at Trace-A-Matic Corporation in Brookfield, WI from September to December 2022, where I gained experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes. I also worked as a Recruiting Intern at MRA- The Management Association in Waukesha, WI from June to August 2022, where I assisted with administrative tasks related to the recruitment lifecycle, as well as employment branding projects.

Additionally, I served as a UWM Student Ambassador at the University of Milwaukee-Wisconsin from September 2021 to February 2022, where I gave tours of the campus, assisted recruiters and advisors with projects, and provided front counter work and phone support.

Before that, I gained customer service experience as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness in South Milwaukee, WI from May to August 2019, where I provided exceptional customer service and upsold products and services. I also worked as a Hotel Staff Member at Econo Lodge Milwaukee Airport in Oak Creek, WI from March to June 2019, where I answered phones, responded to customer inquiries, and monitored reservations.

I offer some educational and cultural experiences for this role! I have completed or am in the process of completing my Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management & Finance at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee (UWM), which will be completed in December 2023. Additionally, I have gained a unique perspective by studying abroad through the AC.

CE Spanish School/UWM program, where I studied social work in Grecia, Costa Rica in January 2020. Furthermore, I immersed myself in European business during the UWM Study Abroad program in Paris, France in May 2022. These experiences demonstrate that I have dedicated to both academic and personal growth, as well as adapted to new environments.
