Nicholas Lobato

I have been a professional line Cook in a wide variety of restaurants for the past ten years. I have worked at high end resorts and more fast casual styles of dining.

Most recently I worked at a nice steak house in Winter Park Colorado called Denos Mountain Bistro. I worked the grill station as well we ran the line for the call/expo station.

I went to college at Colorado State University for Hospitality Management.
