• Performed energy audits and combustion safety tests on furnaces and boilers in every home

• Worked extensively in crawlspaces, attics, and basements while following safety standards

• Sold plumbing fixtures including toilets, tubs, showers, and shower doors to wholesalers and distributors across New England
• Built strong industry relationships through daily phone and email communication
• Provided product training and technical support to contractors, plus warehouse operations experience
