Nicole Klug

I am detail-oriented and results driven to excel in data environments with proficiency in computer operations including, but not limited to, data management, Microsoft Office and various software platforms and applications. I am currently pursuing a BS in Information Technology focused on software development for database management systems. I have excellent written and verbal communication in management positions, customer support, and sales, as well as other various roles.

I have experience in everything from operations management for a construction company and working on the actual job site, to working as an assistant head housekeeper and cleaning the rooms. I have factory experience, sales, data entry, and plenty of customer service experience from working in the roles listed above, as well as waitressing and bartending in my younger years.

I have a certification in UX/UI Design, and I am currently attending Strayer University for my Bachelor's in Information Technology. I am proficient in various software applications, taken communication and writing courses, as well as how to succeed in the work place with empathy and understanding psychology in the workplace.
