I am an equity-driven educational leader with over 19 years of experience re-engaging at-promise youth through relationship-centered and rigorous learning environments. As site leader, I have led school operations, coached and developed teachers, and ensured that student learning remained at the center of every decision. My leadership philosophy centers on empathy, data-informed decision-making, and equity-centered practices that ensure every student has access to a meaningful education.

Fluent in English and Spanish, I bring a deep cultural awareness and a student-centered mindset to every space I serve.

I am an equity-driven educational leader with over 19 years of experience at SIATech High Schools in San Jose, California, where I currently serve as Site Leader (2021–2025). In this role, I oversee all aspects of school operations, instructional coaching, and staff development, leading efforts that increase student engagement, attendance, and graduation outcomes.

Since joining SIATech in 2006, I have held roles as Lead Teacher, Student Support Specialist, and Instructional Assistant, guiding students toward high school diploma attainment and college, career, and vocational success. My leadership emphasizes relationship-centered learning, data-informed decision-making, and equity-focused practices that foster belonging and academic achievement.

I value authentic connection, collaboration, and continuous learning. I am passionate about empowering educators, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring every student has access to meaningful opportunities.
