Niki Vance

I have been married 40 years, have 4 grown children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. I Have worked in the education field for 20 years, prior to that I did home daycare. I love working with children that have special needs and need special care.

I have 5 years of office experience in the corporate world. I have worked in education for the past 20 years. I have extensive medical experience and have worked 1:1 with children with severe Type 1 Diabetes, Seizure disorders, Blind, as well as a child that needed to be catharized several times a day. for the last 12 years I have worked in the Life Skills Classroom working with Children with ASD, Down Syndrome and nonverbal students ranging from K-8.

I have a certificate in the STAR program (autism program), MANDT System Trained and certified for 7 years (Behavioral Crisis program focused on de-escalation). Trained to work with the blind. Currant CPR/First aid. I also have hours of training on working with Students with ASD and Behavioral needs.
