Founder. Operator. Commercialization Advisor.
I have spent three decades at the intersection of technology, business development, and market growth — not as a sideline consultant, but as someone who has built companies, closed enterprise deals, led teams, raised capital, and driven commercialization from the inside out.
My career spans roles at Actix, MYCOM OSI, Reverb Networks, Nexgen Wireless, Smith Micro Software, and others — alongside founding Basics Comtech and Jha Com LLC, and advising startups from Reverie Language Technologies to Innovo Net Zero. I have sold into Fortune 500 companies, U.S. federal agencies, and global telecom operators across four continents.
What I bring to advisory clients isn't a framework borrowed from a textbook. It is hard-earned pattern recognition about what works when you are trying to commercialize technology — which partnerships to prioritize, how to structure market entry, where go-to-market strategies fail, and what it takes to build enterprise trust.
"The gap between a great technology and a growing business is almost always a commercialization problem — not a technology problem."
Today I work with technology companies at the inflection points that matter most: the leap from product to revenue, from pilot to scale, from domestic to global.
