I see supervision as a space for learning, reflection, accountability, and professional growth.

I specialize in working with trauma, substance use disorders, chronic mental health concerns, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and relationship challenges. My clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.
