I have 8 years of customer service experience; most recently as a personal trainer where I worked closely with clients and would write programs specific to their goals and barriers. Currently serving as the hiring manager at Shish Mediterranean, I assess talent in applicants through rounds of interviews as well as train each hiree closely to ensure their development is on brand with goals of the restaurant.
