I’m passionate about helping professionals in manufacturing reach their full potential. Through customized consulting and leadership coaching programs, I support individuals and teams in achieving greater effectiveness, confidence, and results.
I have worked for over 30 years, teaching in high schools, developing and providing customized training for individuals in the manufacturing industry, and providing tutoring in math and English to children in middle school and high school.
I am a trained teacher, with an undergraduate degree in Biology, a master's degree in Operations Research and partial completion of a PhD in Education. In addition, I have several professional certifications as I am committed to the concept of continuous learning.
