I have over 20 years of experience in learning and development. My experience has been in different industries - including retail, engineering consulting firm, and banking. I catch on to concepts quickly, and I enjoy challenges. I am organized, and detail oriented. I have advanced Microsoft skills, including being a SharePoint Administrator.
I have an Associates Degree in Marketing. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. My desire to get a degree in HR is because helping people learn and making sure they have the tools to succeed is my passion. I also believe that experience is a great educator.
