Well versed in all aspects of production including Quality Control, inspection, surface preparation and coatings application to standards and specs, inventory management, quality improvement, safety programs, and scheduling. Working hands on and Overseeing multiple crews on New Construction and Maintenance Projects. Job duties include Coatings application, Surface Preparation, Documentation, inspection, scheduling, coordination, ensuring crews have work plans to continue working efficiently, material requisitions, attendance of all on-site meetings, and creating work plans. Overseeing the safety also of all my employees. Weekly safety meetings, weekly safety audits, and daily Job Safety Analysis. Have experience with a variety of paint and paint systems. Very proficient in the reading of drawings, plans, and ISOs. Also have the strong capability teach and to be taught. Accustomed to traveling. Fluent in Spanish and in English. Have great computer skills. Very computer literate. Basic Windows, some Excel, and Word.
