After 6 years of being in the customer service industry, I have made the decision to change career paths to seek a long-term career in claims adjusting. I have acquired hands-on training, as well as handling customers face-to- face and in a call center environment. I believe this experience will help me transition into handling property claims using my strong customer service background.

I’ve gained the art of listening to customer needs, as well as articulating solutions that provide value to the customer with many different solutions. With my knowledge and education, I am searching for a company to showcase everything I know and implement company guidelines towards reaching company goals.
