VCU Class of 2023, B.A. History & Political Science, Minor in Art History
I've edited for the VCU Ramerican Journal and managed the VCU History communications flow. For VCU History, I frequently draft pieces, edit them with strict scrutiny and produce engaging cover designs. That position has advanced my experience in research due, and my time in high-level history and political science courses has taught me to pay attention to detail, as I have been doing so every week.
I am skilled in project management and literature review as well. I am heavily engaged in communications work with the Democratic Party of Virginia in Richmond, working to manage social media accounts as well as drafting fundraising copy with self-created graphic designs for other departments. My position as president of HistoryNow, a position that exclusively deals with looking out for other students, taught me how to lend a helping hand when needed.
For the past 4 years, I have been enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University and completed two B.A.s in History & Political Science.
