Oliver Hett

I currently work as a Quality Technician in a manufacturing plant just inside Fargo. I have been working in manufacturing for 4 years now. Homing in my skills in AutoCAD, 3D printing, and discerning blueprints. I also work with heavy computer-controlled machinery and data intake/analysis. I am currently going to skill at M State for an associates in environmental science. Afterwards, I look forward to pursuing a bachelor's in civil engineering and possibly more. I am deeply passionate about the earth and being sustainable in a way that works for everyone. I enjoy teaching others, being able to problem solve, and using critical thinking skills to fix any issue that I come across. I have also been very hands on with my work, being in quality after working my way up from a production associate. In my time off I enjoy wood working, reading, hiking with my dog and baking.

I have been at Marvin for roughly 4 years now, working from a production associate to a quality technician. I have been here long enough to know roughly 5 plants front to back with their part numbers and their machines. I have been in the main Fargo plant the longest, able to discern our logistical part numbers off the top of my head and work with any of our 5 lines.

I am currently working on an associate's degree at M State University for Environmental Science. I have some college credits at NDSU for my general studies.
