Biopsychology, Cognition & Neuroscience major, member of the Cognitive Science Community, and member with UM Health and Wellness Peer Educators (HWPPE).
From April 2019 – August 2022 I worked as a nanny and tutor for two children, 1st and 5th grade. Tutored and assisted with assignments for all subjects, as well as oversaw e-learning in the 2020-2021 school year. Additionally, provided daily meals, as well as athletic, academic, and social activities during the summer months, focusing on English as the children are from Hungary and English is their second language.
From May 2022 – August 2022 I worked as a Host for Gibson’s Bar and Steakhouse in Chicago, IL. The work consisted of developing and enforcing front of house operations, such as taking reservations, overseeing take-out and delivery orders, fostering strong and lasting employee-customer relations, cash handling, and sanitary procedures. Additionally, I worked closely with general managers and the owners of the establishment, as well as servers, kitchen staff, and chefs to develop a trusting and successful work environment.
From September 2018 – present I have worked as a server with Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations, a culinary research and development company. With CBCI, I work closely with Chef Baggs and kitchen staff to develop personalized menus for both private dinners and charity events, as well as managing front and back of house operations.
I am currently a sophomore studying Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience at the University of Michigan. I completed my high school education in Chicago, IL at Lane Tech College Preparatory High School.
