In addition, I have experience in customer-facing roles where I assisted clients with contracts, mobile device setup, and promoting additional services such as insurance products. I am currently working as a Banqueting Coordinator Intern (Business Administration), where I assist in organizing events, managing bookings, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
