- Helping franchisees with marketing development.
- Installing digital menus at 9 of 10 locations.
- Digital menu design, pricing, and tech support.
- Designing adverts for marketing campaigns on Canva/Crello.
- Launching online ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Designing and managing the new company website (elburritoloco .com).
- Ordering printed marketing collateral after design.
- Drive thru menu design, pricing, and vendor purchases.
- Customer Wi-Fi implementation and management.
- Managing third party delivery services (Doordash, Uber, Grubhub).
- Offering Toast POS pricing and support for franchisees.
- Managing Internal communications between franchisees and owners regarding executive level inquiries.
- Coordinating with the photographer and Chief Operations Officer to run successful marketing campaigns using beautiful photos.
