A BSN graduated and a new Licensed RN with a little clinical experience seeking to become a competent nurse at Suburban Hospital by following protocols and promoting efficiency. Ready to use my biology background, my experiences as a former high school science teacher and a research assistant in laboratory coupled with my nursing degree and clinical rotations to this nursing residency program, which will improve my nursing critical thinking and my clinical skills. From both my previous jobs I gained many skills including communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, patience, teamwork, leadership skills and problem solving that helped me make the workday progress as smoothly as possible.

My educational experience includes a recently completed BSN degree, which contributed to my development of skills in clinical and medical knowledge.

My educational background in my native country includes my high school science diploma and bachelor’s degree, where I studied biology. Then I earned my certification in teaching high and middle school students, which contributed greatly to the development of my skills such as leadership, effective communications, compassion, lesson planning and classroom management.

Later, after moving to United States, I completed my Associate of Arts degree at Montgomery college where I improved my communication skills in English that prepared me to enter the school of nursing successfully.
