I am a recently retired Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in residential construction, renovations, and building systems, and I am seeking a part-time or full-time role that allows me to stay active while contributing my skills.

I currently hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL), Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration, and a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson license. Throughout my career, I have managed and inspected all phases of residential construction, giving me a strong ability to identify structural, safety, and code-related issues.
