For the last 15+ years I have worked in premium hotels and resorts, working in and managing events in different areas around the east coast. Upholding and exemplifying world class service has been my number one priority, working with high end clients in high pressure environments. I am passionate about creating experiences for attendees and clients that leave lasting and memorable impressions. For most of my life, my every day, has been playing a crucial part to a client's “big day”.
In my career, aside from the technical aspects, were greatly focused on customer service and professionalism in a fast paced settings. While executing successful events for government and private sectors the role also boiled down to excellence in admin (scheduling and logistics), supervision (acting as a friendly general contractor of sorts to employees, customers, partners, and vendors), and managing all the aspects of keeping a properly run business afloat (Vendor & Partner Billing & Payments, Payroll, PnL Mgmt, Cost of Goods and Office Supply upkeep (expendables), employee reviews and mgmt, large inventory mgmt across multiple venues, CRM/Account mgmt, order creation/sales, and more).
Growing up in the restaurant industry on Cape Cod and being a leader in Events across the east coast since, I have developed a unique set of skills to be a valuable asset to any team.
Through years of Events, AV, and Hospitality experience I have developed a personable, professional, and versatile approach to selling and managing multiple projects and personalities simultaneously. In high-end fast-paced environments, creating meaningful and trusting relationships with teammates and clients has been the key to my successes.
