Paul Hardison

I have been an Architect since 2004 and a Building Official since 2016. I have worked on almost every building type, and have worked on projects in many states. I have experience in Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing design and integration.

I have managed teams of up to 16 members, and enjoy working with clients, consultants, building departments and contractors. I have worked with prototypes, and have developed prototypes for companies. I am proficient with AutoCad, Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe and Microsoft.

I have designed, produced working documents and permitted projects from decks to 800,000 square foot mixed use developments, from medical to apartment buildings to schools, big box retail down to decks and geothermal exchange systems for single family homes. I am a certified building official and plans examiner, so I am familiar with building codes through the 2021 International Building Codes.

I have a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
