35 years Experience drywall and commercial construction
I started in this trade in 80's , have worked as a working superintendent for general contractor such as Kane construction, Gregg company and Tripp Construction mostly tenant fit out occupied unoccupied,
most of my experience is from drywall contractor, in base building projects reading prints , layout, communication with GC ,material take off, tracking billable change orders , manpower ,trouble shooter and solutions. I have run crews as large as 100 plus doing high rise base building project thru out DMV area

2009 to 2015 I lived on island of Hawaii, home improvements opportunities occurred , during this time I remodeled kitchens and bathrooms mostly for myself . Most of the work came from word of mouth, I also did stone flooring around pools and outside areas, with a few condo total remodels.

1992 to 1997 Gregg Construction started as a mech. To a foreman ,mostly working in the D.C. area doing office fit-outs and row housing remodleing in Washington D.C.. Were we did everything in house. Plumbing and electrical as well as finishes. All jobs demo to finishes
