Hi there! I’m Paula!
I consider myself to be an uplifting positive, people person. I have a passion for helping others and bringing joy into people’s day. I’m a fast learner and love learning new things all around. I’m a happy person who loves creativity and my morning coffee. I’ve worked in customer service since I started working at 18 and have love it 10 years later. I’m looking for a role where I can be around people and express myself as well as be open, professional and inviting in a work setting.
I currently work at Starbucks as a shift supervisor. I have been there for a total of 4 years with a small gap in between. I delegate and implement Starbucks mission and values as well as having the responsibility to open and close the stores, handle money, run a floor during peak times efficiently and make it an overall fun and welcoming environment. I have the ability to make orders for product and offer exceptional customer service.
Previous employment was at CARD. The Center for Autism and Related Disorders. I was a behavior technician for individuals on the spectrum. Unfortunately the Auburn location closed down and I had to leave. I was there for almost 3 years.
High school diploma, some college but no degree earned.
