My calling and purpose is creating an atmosphere through worship, arts, and production that dynamically impacts the heart of the individual, and forever connects them with to the life-changing presence of God. One of my biggest joys in life, and one that I have been blessed to become proficient in, is using music to lead people into a deeper experience with the presence of God. I have decades of experience in servant leadership, the oversight of every aspect of the worship experience from the platform to the production booth, team development, vocal training, band leadership, counseling and pastoral care for music ministry members, and identifying and cultivating the musical gifts of emerging worshippers to create perpetual excellence in music ministry.
I am an expert level singer with the ability to train and perfect all vocal parts. I am an excellent orator/communicator with strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills. I am proficient in song selection with the ability to plan and implement dynamic weekly worship experiences.
I also have extensive experience with multiple service platforms such as Planning Center, Ableton, Multitracks, and ProPresenter. I think that my experience makes me a good fit for the position, but my willingness to roll up my sleeves and get to work makes me a good fit for the church.
