Manage the Corps Quality Assurance program for all construction work. Ensure all work is accomplished in accordance with contract plans and specifications. Monitor construction to ensure that the contractor use proper quality and quantity of materials and equipment; utilize quality workmanship; employ adequate methods and operations to complete operations.
Supervisory Engineer - Contract Administration - USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers)
Have full authority to represent the Contracting Officer to provide the necessary contractual direction (as Contracting Officer's Representative) to the contractor to clarify contract requirements to respond to contractor letters, to approve contractor's submittals and to provide appropriate contractual direction to enforce compliance. Resolve controversial matters arising between government and contractor personnel.
USACE Representative - USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers)
Represent the District Commander, Chief of Construction Division and Project Management. Conference with senior military officers along with top-level civilian representative of the using services, including officials of other government agencies, Area and District offices, and contractors to discuss problems of a controversial or unprecedented nature and changes in program objectives.
