Peter Li

I’m a first-generation Chinese American that has learned resilience through struggles with mental health. These experiences has pushed me to find purpose in understanding people and the systems that shape their lives. My studies of Cognitive Science and Economics has allowed me to discover my passion in how data can be used to highlight inequities and create solutions for underprivileged communities like my own. Along the way, I’ve built experience through internships, including the California State Treasury Office, and I continue to strengthen my skills through self-study and practice. My goal in life is to make a positive, lasting impact on others in my community, using the experiences and skills I have accumulated in my life.
