I am currently a full-time student at the University of Central Florida studying Psychology. I've worked retail as a manager for a year or two but took time off to focus on my bachelors. I am skilled with Microsoft, writing, finding creative solutions, connecting with people and using de-escalation techniques.
I worked at Victoria's Secret as an associate, and through 2021-2023 I worked myself to the Customer Experience Lead position. This position focused heavily on the customer experience and learning de-escalation techniques, providing coaching and constructive feedback to associates, as well as leading a shipment team and creating employee schedule when needed.
Currently enrolled in my Junior year of college at the University of Central Florida studying Psychology.
