Make rounds through the halls each shift to ensure public areas are clean and tidy, taking care to remove or replace anything out of order.

Maintain hallway, reporting maintenance issues and special cleaning assignments (i.e. carpet clean or repainting areas.

Clean stairwells, elevators and hallways free from debris and room service trays.

Retrieve soiled linen and garbage from Guest Rooms and Room Attendants carts

Vacuum, buffer floors, carpet clean and pressure washer as needed.

Attentive to guests, answering questions and getting additional help when it’s needed.

Assist guest with baggage and room service daily.

Deliver guest amenities or special requests to guest rooms (i.e. rollaway beds, baby cribs).
