I am interested in the position as a Partner Success Specialist. I am seeking this position because I want to serve as the primary point of contact for communication for the company's growing referral partners. At the previous CoreCivic locations I worked at as a Correctional Officer where I dealt with a wide array of incarcerated individuals and each one got treated the same way no matter their disposition.

I can adapt to a whole new environment fairly quick. I always enjoy taking on a new challenge. I am a dependable individual with exceptional people skills. At the previous facilities I've worked at, I was the person they called to get a task done whether it was assisting with an incarcerated person needs or helping around the facility.

When my supervisors would give me a new officer to train, I made sure I did my part in training them the right way to do things and how to handle situations without getting upset. My fellow department employees and I always did our part in providing top quality security services to the inmates making their experience one to remember. I occasionally volunteer at Flamingo Gardens in the Animal Care Department assisting the workers with prepping the meals for the animals and feeding them, cleaning out their enclosures and doing whatever laundry that needs to be done.

I have completed over 90 volunteer hours at Flamingo Gardens. Getting the opportunity to work as a Partner Success Specialist means being able to collaborate with team members to get a task done that will positively impact daily life.
