I’ve spent my career helping organizations create better outcomes for students by building systems, developing people, and strengthening partnerships. While I began as an educator, my career has evolved into leading student services, developing staff, managing cross-functional initiatives, and creating programs that connect families, schools, and communities. What excites me most about this opportunity is the chance to develop leaders who will ultimately shape educational outcomes across Dallas County.
