Over 4 years of Solution Architect experience that includes proposing, designing and implementing the solutions for adding enhancements to the existing (Subscriber) billing system and new billing (Supplier) system.
Relevant Experience includes full Quote-2-Cash implementation, gathering business requirements, designing and providing efficient solution, application customizations, interfaces, data conversion, process re-engineering, data reporting and system architecture.
Experience with interfacing BRM/Zuora with third party applications such as Vertex, Taxware, Paymentech, BI Reporting, Avalara, Payment gateways & NetSuite.
Experience with all aspects of software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements to design, development, testing and production support.
Experience leading development and upgrade projects and mentoring/training team members.
