I am a certified and experienced senior level leader with 30+ years of accomplishments in every facet of Quality Management, Project Management, LEAN, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering. I have a solid record of delivering multi-million-dollar cost savings and product/process improvements by driving new initiatives and reinventing existing QMS structures. Expert in long and short-range planning, long term, short term, and emergency corrective actions.

Experienced in working with regulatory agencies (DOD, FAA, DOT, EASA, DCMA, FRA) to develop, interpret and implement oversight policy in aerospace, aviation and transportation industries. I hold BSIE and a master's certificate in project management. I am passionate about giving back to my community and serve in leadership positions in several volunteer organizations .

I am married to my former high school sweetheart and we have two adult sons.
