Job Duties

Assisting with customer service and satisfaction
Maintains and oversees all banking procedures and processes:
- Verification of cash receipt and payment and transfer transactions,drafts, loan deposits and payments.
- Maintaining supply of cash and currency and remitting mutilated currency and excess cash to currency chests.
- Generating statement of savings and loan accounts.
- Opening and closing of savings and current accounts.
- Tax exemption entries and gold bond transaction maintenance.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that leverage growth opportunities
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, business opportunities and needs
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
