Career Responsibilities - Multiple Institutions
- Responsible for the administration and compliance for federal, state, institutional and private grant, loan and work programs.
- Responsible for the administration of a multi campus admissions and marketing efforts for a diverse population which extended throughout the greater Boston area.
- Responsible for the administration and campus wide integration of registrar functions to students, faculty and college staff.
- Provided training to college wide staff with regard to Admissions, Financial Aid and Registrar functions as it relates to their efforts in promoting student success.
- Responsible for preparation and submission of office reports to federal and state agencies as well as internal reports to Trustees and on campus committees such college College Scholarship Committee, Satisfactory Progress, and Graduation.
- Present and promote college opportunities to students, parents, community groups, alumni and other college supporters.
- Participate in the development of written and web based communication products such as College Catalog, Admissions marketing videos, Financial Aid application process for multilingual students.
- Participate in as required audit functions as they relate to the office functions of the Admissions, Financial Aid and Registrar offices.
