- Reduced plant operation costs through the management of the Cost Beneficial Licensing Action Program. This program significantly reduced the number of regulatory commitments. Improved the quality of responses to NRC Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) and responses to NOVs, through the development of a Site Licensing Action Plan. This plan, which was developed with the input of the Site Licensing staff, reduced the number of RAIs and received positive feedback from the NRC.
- Improved the time required for development and submission of Licensee Event Reports (LERs) through the development of an electronic version of the LER form.

Provided oversight of the Architect Engineer (Stone and Webster) to ensure regulatory commitments were being completed on schedule. Developed a database to track deficiencies from Construction Deficiency Reports and provided site management with the status of these deficiencies. Successfully coordinated site NRC inspections, and as a result, no NOVs were received from the NRC.
