Wine and Cheese Specialist

I am moving back to Kansas City from Seattle, and I am a wine and cheese specialist looking for some work. I have loads of server experience, and I am currently studying for my Somm 1 exam and plan to take the Certified Somm exam the very next day. I have been on the WSET route, with my level 3 under my belt.
As soon as I take the Certified Somm exam, I plan to undergo the arduous task of taking the WSET Diploma. I also have a cheese and wine business, which I plan to continue in Kansas City. It's essentially based around pairing cheese and wine, as well as educating people and getting them on board with artisanal cheese and wine.

I have customer service experience, including table service and sommelier experience. I am a fast learner, an avid student in my career fields, and I am willing to pursue any and all education to make me better at what I do.
Court of Master Sommelier Certified Somm exam in effect currently. WSET 3, Society of Wine Educators CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine), American Cheese Society CCP (Certified Cheese Professional) and CCSE (Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator). I also have an English Degree.
