When dealing with Type A personalities, I find that giving them the space to feel in control helps gain their trust and collaboration. By acknowledging their need for structure and decision-making, I allow them to take the lead in areas they are passionate about, which in turn makes it easier to influence outcomes in a way that benefits both of us. I focus on listening and understanding their priorities, then subtly steering conversations and solutions toward my own objectives.

This approach ensures that we work together harmoniously while still achieving the results I need.

Managed the international freight shipments for the entire Jacksonville office, including customs clearance, delivery scheduling, and business development, with expertise in coordinating global logistics, process improvements, and managed vendor/stakeholder relationships across multiple time zones. Offered creative solutions for all ocean, air, drayage, and intermodal needs for customers all over the world, from sole proprietor to large scale corporate operations.
