• Good knowledge in Salesforce.com configuration and design of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com Solutions.

• Experience on Salesforce Lightning and build new apps with Lightning app builder and Lightning and web Components

• Experience in creating Custom Apps, Objects, Fields, buttons Applying Sharing Rules, Page Layouts, Search Layouts, Related List and defining Field Dependencies.
• Well Knowledge on case management, leads, Web-to-lead, Web-to case, Email-to-case.
