My name is Ramesh. I have been working in the machining industry since 2007. I have extensive experience operating and programming various CNC machines, including CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, gun drilling machines, HMC (Horizontal Machining Centers), and multi-axis machining centers.

I am also experienced in CNC programming using SolidCAM software. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in machining operations, process optimization, setup, tooling selection, and precision manufacturing.

My name is Ramesh, and I have 21 years of experience in the machining and manufacturing industry. Currently, I am working as a SolidCAM Programmer, specializing in CNC machining operations and programming. I have extensive experience with CNC Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL), and CNC Lathes.

Throughout my career, I have worked with CNC turning, milling, gun drilling, multi-axis machining, machine setup, tooling selection, process optimization, and production planning. I am proficient in SolidCAM programming and have strong knowledge of machining processes, precision manufacturing, and quality standards. My experience enables me to develop efficient machining strategies that improve productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
