My name is Ramiro Garcia. I reside in San Antonio,Texas. I joined the San Antonio Police Department in 1987. I have eight years experience as a police patrol officer. I made Detective in 1995. I worked Youth Crimes for four years gathering intel on gang activity.
I then worked in the Sex Crimes Unit investigating convicted sex offenders. I transferred to the Auto Theft Unit and worked investigating vehicle thefts for almost ten years Before promoting to Sergeant. I worked as a patrol Supervisor for approximately ten years before retiring from the department after 33 years in 2020.
