I previously worked as a property manager for over 20 years prior to Covid. I am in the process of obtaining my associates degree in creative writing with a 2025 summer graduation.
My last job was a senior property manager. my duties involved accounting, maintaining units, soliciting bids and proposal for constructio projects as well as posting and serving legal notices. My duties included a vast majorit of tasks and assignment.
I am currently a full time student at Long Beach Community College.
