• In my current role with Shell, I led the Saviynt 23.8 upgrade from start to finish — planning sandbox validations, testing 200+ APIs via Postman, and integrating Salesforce (ERM & SFDC Israel), Azure AD, and

Concur using custom REST connectors. I engineered a fully automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle with

Workday as the source of truth, reduced manual provisioning by over 60%, and enforced enterprise-wide

Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies. I personally developed ServiceNow dashboards, fine-tuned Saviynt jobs,

managed CRQs via CAB, and ensured zero-defect production rollout.

• At DIAGEO, I handled the migration of access roles from IMDL to Saviynt, automating the entire flow using

Jenkins, and implemented SoD controls while managing all stakeholder communications. I led test case creation, exception handling, and coordinated performance tuning and compliance validations that improved access transparency and audit readiness.

• During my tenure at Novartis, I was the primary integrator for the TOPAZ site using OIM 12c, where I personally built flat file reconciliation using GTC, designed custom attributes for HR-based provisioning, and automated account deprovisioning logic to Active Directory. I resolved several P1 issues through detailed root cause analysis and mentored junior analysts on Oracle IAM customization techniques.
• With Zurich Insurance, I drove SailPoint IIQ application onboarding using JDBC and delimited file connectors, implemented certification campaigns (Manager, Entitlement, App Owner), and integrated with

Workday and Active Directory for accurate role-based access control. I handled service tickets in

ServiceNow, built entitlement maps, and enforced policy violations through IIQ’s compliance engine.

• At AT&T, I spearheaded identity automation using Oracle IAM and Ansible, tested APIs with Postman, and managed high-priority access incidents in Remedy. I developed monitoring dashboards to track provisioning

SLAs, optimized patching workflows, and conducted RCA sessions for repeated failures, ensuring operational stability.

• I also played a hands-on role at Reliance Jio by implementing SSO via OAM and WebGate, creating dynamic provisioning connectors, and integrating SAML-based authentication for external service providers. I ensured WebLogic cluster setup, SSL configuration, and applied critical patch sets to maintain high uptime during peak user loads.
• At Leeds University, I implemented Oracle IAM for academic identity provisioning, supporting multiple user groups including staff, students, and guest researchers. I designed approval workflows, JDBC integrations,

and automated user onboarding via custom access policies tailored to academic hierarchies.

• My foundational experience at PayPal as a WebLogic Administrator shaped my approach to system performance and stability. I managed deployments using WLST, configured cluster domains, performed JVM tuning, and supported IAM team integrations with LDAP for secure web authentication.
• Across every project, I didn’t just implement tools — I engineered secure, scalable, and compliant identity ecosystems, always with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of business impact. My strength lies in bridging technical depth with stakeholder collaboration, driving IAM programs that are both technically sound and audit ready.
• In every organization I worked with, I personally led integration of IAM platforms with enterprise applications like Workday, Salesforce, SAP, MS Exchange, ServiceNow, and custom-built apps, using both

OOTB and custom connectors. I handled edge cases, managed JIT provisioning, validated attributes via

Postman, and implemented workflow-based access approvals, reducing manual provisioning effort by over

60% and shortening new hire onboarding timelines.
