What I enjoyed most in academia was the ability to wear many hats all while designing and carrying out scientific research. I came to Santa Cruz to pursue my PhD and fell in love with this beach town. I really enjoy finding solutions to complex problems. I’d love to find opportunities where I can leverage my analytical, communication, and technical stills in a team setting.
The reason I decided to pursue a PhD was because I’m passionate about scientific discovery, research, and communication.
