I was hired back to work in their pre preg department. After a few months, I was asked to be their trainer. Eventually, I moved to the NPD department where I learned how to help develop new projects.

• I was hired as a cutter and within the first week was moved to wet lay up. I ended up thriving.
• There was a big lay off and I was moved to their pre preg department.
• I was trained on one of their most complex parts at the time called King Air and turned a two day lay up into a one day lay up and trained other people to do the same.
• I was in between buildings at times, wherever I was needed.
• The project Xzeres picked up and I was asked to run their day shift and eventually pick a person to take my place.
• The supervisor had another plan for me at their pre preg building. I became an in process QC and learned how to operate their Jensen oven.
• I printed out travelers and was asked to delegate.
